Just a silly little thing that I touched up; it was originally an assignment for that Digital Arts course I keep submitting my work from. I created a miniaturized Pandora's box, and this was what was inside.
Composition-wise, I was nervous about getting all the elements to fit together well, but in the end, I think I balanced it reasonably well. For the work itself, I didn't even realize until I was almost done that I was experimenting a bit with using blurry edges with more well-defined strokes (the vortex, details on the ghosts) like I usually use. I think it worked well here, and it's something I'll keep looking into, but generally, I think I'll want to stick with clean, crisp line and color work from now on rather than smooth blending and blurring.
