I really enjoy the lineart, and the only thing I'd recommend for it is changing some of the areas that are colored black to a more pale skin color. As for the shading, I think you should try using a different technique for it (but it's no big deal at all! I really like it already!) It's just hard to tell where the light-source is, and stuff. Which man, that stuff plagues my art as well >3<
I really, really like this, though!
