Looks pretty good there. The best I can figure out going on with the visual effects is that he's standing in the rain with headlights shining on him. Either way, Lupin III is an old favorite of mine ever since I became aware of him back in the mid-1980s anime boom.

Yep you figure right sir! Lupin was awesome and I felt like the anime pushed the quality standards of anime during that time. Mixed with catchy music, it was a beast of a show.
