Simple and clean juxtaposition. The first thing I said when I saw it was, "Oh, COOL!" If I had to make a criticism, it would be that the shading/highlights feel a bit too soft, at least to me. The lineart and structure is very good overall and makes the characters seem substantial, yet I feel as though the shading/highlights make the characters feel somewhat intangible and not quite as solid as they could be. Perhaps it's how the lighting would actually work and I'm just being a silly silly, I dunno. :P

I love this piece ! The contrast between the dark almost eerie blue artificial light of the digital world and the warm sweet daylight of the painter is enchanting. I like the fact that you've given the traditional painter a "normal" more natural hair colour, whereas the digital painter has bright purple hair. I love the fact that you can read the concentration on the illustrators faces as well. It's really well done ! The only reason I didn't give it full marks is because I feel that the digital artist's face isn't quite proportional (the nose seems to jump out a bit far), but apart from that, the lighting, the shading, the expressions, the character design is all brilliant!

I read that you changed the background so I don't know how it was before but I can tell you that now it is awesome so the simplistic background is not a problem. Love the concept of the peace

I like it! The paint splotches on one and the detail of the pen on the other are a nice touch, as are the colorations and soft light. Check your proportions a bit though. Arms especially.
