A friend of mine on deviantArt infected me with the urge to draw something Megaman related. She had pretty much drawn every other robot master, so I picked Splash Woman.
So, I drew this picture in flash, and then exported it as a png with alpha and did the background and effects in photoshop. I did it as a png really only because I made the tail a little transparent - I don't know if you can tell or not. I was debating on whether or not to to do water-light lines on her like I have in the past. But since I did the highlights in flash already, I decided it would just be overkill that would take away from my simplistic style and would just make the picture too busy. I'm sure you don't care, but there you are.
Splash woman is copyright capcom.
Oh yes, and if anyone complains about costume inaccuracies, they will be shot on sight.
