The drawing itself is nice, but there's too much sparkle and glitter in the foreground. Otherwise this would be a really good drawing.

Having seen several of your pieces, I can definitely see progressive improvement as you continue to zero in on a specific style that will become uniquely yours. You have the hair down well and you're getting better at the faces. Continue to experiment with the hair as you make more images to see what you can pull off. As you are doing the faces, save two separate copies of the image: one without the minor details such as nostrils and upper-lip cleft lines and one with them. See which is more appealing. You may find that "less is more" when it comes to facial details.

Finally, focus on the curves and lines that make up the torso/abdominal areas of her. While I can tell the effect you were going for, the lines and shading in the lower abdomen ended up giving her a bit of a "muffin-top" look. If that was your intention, then you pulled it off well and subtly. However, given its absence in most anime-styled female portraits, I suspect it was not.

Bottom line, you have made a good image and are due credit for it. But I want to see what you can do with her in three months, after you have practiced and refined your style a little more.

I personally love your art style of women

For some reason, it's an art style I can really relate to. Normally I would say the rights and wrongs about this art, but I can't think of anything that would be wrong with this! I love the coloring, the presentation, and the nicely drawn chick! I simply can't wait for more stuff from you. ;)
