I love the background so much.

However, her right leg is just slightly bigger than her left (her knee should be were the boot ends), and her head is just slightly too small, making it bunch up. Also, give her a bit more forehead, and give more detail on the nose.

One thing I don't like is the face, especially the nose, the body is well drawn, but the face just kills it all, I advise you work on noses, eyes, mouth and whatnot, but if I were to pass that it would a 5, of course I cannot pass that, so its a 3 and a half

I think it's okay. You clearly put a lot of work into it and it shows. I guess to me the background is just so clashing that it sorta takes away from the main focus of the drawing, Harley Quinn. She looks great. It's so well drawn I thought this was a 3D rendering at first. I think her body looks amazing. It's very impressive to me. And her face, while also well-drawn, almost seems out of place. Something about it seems a bit off to me, almost like it's underdrawn in comparison to the rest of the picture.

Those are just opinions though. Remember that your own opinion is what matters most when it comes to your art. Sometimes we can be our own worst critics. While I had a few complaints with your drawing, I think you're an amazing artist : )
