a unreferenced portrait I did for the Symmetry thread on the art forum. I.E. I only drew half the face, then copied and flipped it.
Im quite happy with the shading on the face and with the lips and nose.
Not terribly glad with the ears, both shading and shape. The eyes are too high and probably a tad big. Hair remains an issue for me...

Scary ;~;

good, but the expression is so dead that it freaked me out at first o-o

J-qb responds:

yeah... she does that...

pretty good...

its really good but its kinda creepin me out :O

J-qb responds:

Thanks, its probably freaking you out because the proportions/relative positions are off.

meh...

its alrigh, but i think it couldve blooked much better if u added a neck... lol

J-qb responds:

meh, necks are way overrated!

thanks for the review!

nice piece

looks like someone I knew in highschool, and I mean, Just Like Her! Looks like 3D art too, also kind of like a painting, its very unique. Kind of reminds me of the Mona Lisa. I wish I could make her smile.

J-qb responds:

Thanks, it`d be a tad fucked up if she actually looked like that though.. having no neck and all ;)g
In case you were wondering, it is all (digitally) painted, so no 3d, although it is a good thing that it looks like that. I have to agree though, It looks like it was made in a 3d program or something a bit.
And yeah, I wish I had made her smile too...
I was so glad with how the lips turned out that I decided not to touch them anymore.

also: dont compare this to the Mona Lisa

also also: thanks!

no neck >.<

i'm sorry but her mouth is not in proportion with her nose and her ears are a bit off too. you did well on the shading and that stuff though, interesting project (:
