i inked this by hand with calligraphy ink, the colored part was painted with cheap acrylic paint.
The story behind this is that 2EE was "dead" in someway that he got shot , the rogue star team doesn't know if when they reboot him that he will come back Good or...... EVIL. - this is what the picture is illustrating.- the title says 'will he be back!"
