Officer Susanne "Bunny" Summer ON PATROL, SIR YES SIR MMHM THAT'S RIGHT!!!
This character is from a comedy thing I came up with where the Miami polic department is all replaced with cartoonish "sexy cops", but they're all given live ammunition and have to stop crimes.

Here's the main thing though: SHIT MAN, FUCK VECTOR ART!!! I JUST FOUND THIS-- I DON'T IF YOU'VE HEARD OF IT: "PHOTO SHOP"? It's this program I found called "Photo Shop"! This shit is great, I've bin livin' in the past here! So glad I can make art like this now, I zoomed out like "Holy shit!"
But check this out: I couldn't do the hair. I'm not that smart, it's my first time usin Photoshop to really draw anything.
WHATEVER! Pretty happy anyway.

I do like bits of the hair. This is pretty funny, especially the premise of your concept.

I-smel responds:

They shout YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT!! then shoot drug dealers in the head and handcuff them.

They speed around town in a ridiculous Barbie car with a siren on the front, or a white limo, I didn't decide.

Great, my only concern is the hair outline which makes it look cropped

I-smel responds:

Yeah woops, I used the fill paint can on the hair and I guess it did that and I didn't fix it.
