This Daisy is a TALL drink of water after wandering the desert hopelessly lost. Basing this off the old NES firmware color palette gives this piece some air of authenticity. Never mind that her cute face and nice proportions can't hurt, and also: freckles FTW!

This picture was for the cutiesaturday hashtag over on Twitter. It was originally just a doodle that I did as practice for a "using only 4 colors (minus black & white) from the NES color palette to color a character" challenge.
But I liked the picture so much that instead of discarding it because was only a doodle I gave it some slight modifications and added a background so that it could be good for posting.
