Could be fatter

Another character design/reimagining of an online personality. This time, of Youtuber Sargon of Akkad... fuckin' bastard had half the work done, just by using a bronze bust of a Sumerian king as his persona.

This piece in particular, however, was done as a way for me to try out to do video art for one of the man's new platforms; and I probably wouldn't have done this at all, if a colleague of mine hadn't incentivized me to participate, by taking a paper sketch I had done last week and use it as a basis for this illustration.

And after two previous pieces I've done, this illustration has also confirmed to me a method to balance linework with painting, instead of hard shading, so that's a plus. Now I just need to learn how to do decent lineart. xD ahaaa leftty idiot

So here was some really nice work the artist here was on the right path with the detail and design from the clothing and detail the spear was a nice touch but ad some shine and sparkle on the tip of the spear overall this was a nice job and I really liked the detail here you do some good work here and I look forward to even more from you because this was a gift piece you have here
