Bacchatus the Enraged

Share

Reupload from my deviantArt.

The fury contained within its being burned and exploded for release. And only in destruction was it touched.

Powers: Bacchatus was a walking volcano, to say the least. As the first embodiment of Anger, Bacchatus was burning inside with pure rage, that took the form and essence of molten lava and fire, that tried to force itself out of the creature, but instead of releasing it, Bacchatus kept it within itself, making the Demon more furious, with a greater intent on destroying all that it was surrounded by. Besides using it's anger as fuel for its power, Bacchatus had an unnatural reconstructing ability, that kept it from having wounds on its form for too long, which also meant that the physical rage inside had very few ways of excretion.

Defeat and Aftermath: The Sunguard attempted to bring down Bacchatus many times, but each strike against it was proven futile, as it would reconstruct its broken parts in micro-seconds, solidifying the very molten lava that burned its insides as a substitution of its wounded areas. The creature could not be stopped with such rage, that the Demon itself instigated with its pain. Since Bacchatus could not be stopped in combat, the Sunguard trapped it in a world within it's own mind: believing iself the only remaining living creature, as the world surrounding it continued to change, Bacchatus would destroy and burn it, but no matter what, the world would just rebuild itself and keep changing. With the Demon trapped in this illusion, the Sunguard broke the creature apart into thousands of pieces, sealing them individually, and burying them beneath a deep, swamp-like bog, under the liquids and the dirt below, to cool Bacchatus's parts, as the creature kept itself in its illusion.
