The character Mullins from my flash series Castle. See his episode here:

I wanted to show him in human form, compared to the stick-figure shape he was first made in. I also wanted to practice painting without any references. Photoshop and Wacom Intuos 3.

Very intense

Wow I have to say that this was very intense very detailed love the grind that is going on her like a real battle that one guy with red eyes or sheilded eyes you should have more glow off of that and more lighting come off the back end too but besides that this was a beautiful piece and I'll have to check out morenof your work soon

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
As mentioned some lighting and glow issues

Was wondering when I'd see some Castle-related work. :) And this was INTENSE! The detail. The setting. The enveloping darkness, and blood, and blue light. It's a massive and moody piece all in all, and even the signature sits in the corner stylishly. Awesome poster.

Great work, dude!

The actual art is good but not made by this particular person.

As your first art submission, you definitley chose to start on an awesome note! My favorite part of this is that it's so different from the actual series. I'm not saying it's poorly drawn itself, but stick figures usually aren't that well detailed. It was just amazing how you were able to perfectly transition your previous work into something more detailed. The colors are freaking gorgeous! I love how there's so much detail put into their boney hands!

You even get a true sense that this guy is going through hell. The red of his own colors contrasts so well with the blue. You didn't just stop with the closeups, but have some fine details in the background. There's probably literally mountains of these guys in the picture. If you tried to make an entire episode like this, it would take years. It's a great art piece!
