I kinda like this, but the 3/4 facial view raises some questions from me. Maybe it's just me, but I wonder if this pose is possible. Try turning your head as far back to your shoulders and you'll see what I mean. I'm wondering if a more natural pose would be a side view of her head, with an aside glance.

what a lot of people mess up with these sort of hybrid characters is the animal/monster to human ratio.
many times it's just an animal/monster/alien head grafted onto a human body but yours doesn't suffer that.
The pose is cute and sexy too without being too exposed and in your face.
The transparency on the hair is basic but a nice touch and lastly good job not messing up the feet(hooves).
