The first of a set of monster-creature things that I wanted to finish by Halloween. Obviously, I didn't get all of them done.

Yep.

I agree with the guy below me. The face really doesn't match up with the rest of the piece. I see what you were going for, though. The creepy faceless monster thing that smiles and lolls its tongue out- something kinda like Venom from Spiderman. But that's just what I think, so you know.

I might redraw this sometime in the future, especially since I have a better handle on digital art now. I'll make sure to keep both of your comments in mind, since I'm sure they will help the resulting image look better. (:

i love it overall

however i have one problem, the face looks a bit toony for the rest of the body, in my opnion it loses personality with that design other than that its great love the shading on it

Do I sense a little inspiration?

Looks very similar to the style of the monsters in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
Lol don't know if thats actually your influence, just wondering. Very cool btw!
