Sayuri, the Kunoichi, is the most vital character that actually starts the "Black Silhouette" universe, and will play the main character in this project. It has been established that she will be the "storyteller" for Black Silhouette. None of the characters will appear in their "armored form" in this series (for a lot of reasons), but instead, have a more "modern day ninja" wardrobe (reminiscent of classic ninjas, but this time with leather jackets and biker boots -- think the Matrix, only with ninjas). Here is the finalized concept of Sayuri's look for the new project.
The butterflies, if you were wondering, are symbolic in Sayuri's back story.

superb hatching nie pose and great motion on on the hair it also has a nice leading device into the face and the expression is really nice i would have pushed her emotion a little more i cant tell if shes beign playful or entranced. but awesome work keep it up

The shading is fantastic great depth and detail fantastic work the only thing is the woman's out of proportion she needs to be taller and not so skinny try giving bigger curves and a little more height but outside that really fantastic!
