Cloysterchu - Raichu/Cloyster Mashup

This is my submission to Jazza's monthly art challenge, where he challenged people to create a mashup of two of the original 151 Pokémon. This is Cloysterchu (Raichu and Cloyster) an electric ice type Pokémon.
