This guy was the (and only) coolest character inthis werid ass movie called "Wizard" which was made in the 70s (go figure). The whole movie was like watching a Led Zepplin video after smoking a whole lot of grass. This guy is named Necron 99 or "Peace" when he became a good guy. He's like Boba Fett mixed with Sonny from I Robot. What sets him apart is that he got killed by a bitch with punk ass move (he did finish taking out a tank). Go see this movie if you have time to kill on youtube.
