Love how you make the eyes pop and you have the light shining on the side of her face. The only thing Is that the background is dark. Why would the whole background be dark yet there is light shinning on a side of her face. You should make one side in the background lighter as well. Also the light shouldn't be hitting her hair in the back and on the side as well. It should just be one or the other. I really like your work though.

Guess the light source is from a sort of spotlight led so it only lights the front where the girls is and not the background, also, remember hair is not a mass they are very thin making very easy for the light to go through :)
