This style of paint is really nice the texture is beautiful the detail is spectacular and the whole piece as a whole is just very artistic and I love it very much indeed and I don't see any need for improvments on this fine piece as it's very well done and doesn't need any changes at all but anyways besides all that this was a fun piece to review

Tokyo Midnight Diner

Hi everybody!
I started this piece last year, while I was watching Tokyo Midnight Diner in Netflix. Is an awesome show, if you haven't seen it you should. Apparently is based on a manga and it has already many adaptations. I just saw the one season up on netflix.
Anyway, I went for a simpler style for everything but the face, I don't know if it pays off. I like it, my girlfriend doesn't, so you tell me. Also I didn't really nailed the actor's likeness, in my opinion, but it was a fun exercise.
Its 1920*1080, so if you really like it you can use it as a wallpaper.

Seems like a humble man! I like the brushy style, though the surrounding feels a bit flat, like a strange dimension, like you don't really know how far off he is, or the walls are. Without items to reference, or depth in the 'distance' it's a bit strange. Character though: looks great!

Thanks! Good thing that the personality got through, that's exactly how the character is. Yeah, the background was kind of an experiment, but I don't know if successful or not yet! Perhaps it would have been better with more detail
