I like the sketchy look of it, maybe you could instead of cleaning it add some vintage after effects, like Chinese scrolls type of paper, so it would look like some ancient paper that was just discovered.

The carmera's pixels of my phone dosen't high enought , and it's the first time i've drawn such a picture , so it's not so good...But i think it would be a chance for me to improve.

Bring this into a program like photoshop and clean it up :) I want to vouch for you but I would like to see some work that isn't "sketched" if that makes sense :) Great work!
