"That is not dead which can eternal lie,
And with strange aeons even death may die." -H.P.L

This is my entry for the 2012 RobotDay drawling contest. The writing on it's (back?) is Kanji for "NEWGROUNDS". This was a real lot of fun to draw and color.

Persistently;

Happy day of robots, and I WANT!! It looks beautiful against that post-apoc background, the cloying, rolling mist between it's finely-rusted appendages.
Simply awesome.

Thank you very much man!

love the scythe like legs and apocalyptic feel. The whole bug-robot thing is always good.

deathink responds:

Thanks dude, the scythe like legs are a subtle nuance to reflect its connection to the grim reaper, there is also a much larger reflection that people have yet still to commented on...and that is a good thing because i didn't want it to be so in your face.
