Dude this is pretty awesome Id love to hear this guys back story if any but awesome none the less.
I especially like the arms and tails the way youve drawn his arms with bones in the forearm look pretty sweet, the tail is just epic with the cuts and rattler.

The only thing i know about him that mouth in chest is kinda of parasite, it devours souls that host needs to get for it to survive. In exchange it gives some power to the host.
