I'm always a fan of dragon people, even though personally I thought it was a snake until I read the tags, and this picture is pretty well done. The background works for the most part until it hits around the bottom areas where it kind of blends in with the tail but it's still good. To me the lack of details for the gems kind of works out in the end even though I originally thought they were flower petals.
Also just curious as to what the details in the tail would have been, I honestly can't think of how it could be more detailed at the moment.

Finished :D I feel like I could have made some better choices when I was picking colors for the background. I also kind of got tired of the coloring process, which is why there is a lack of detail in the in places like the tail and the gems. Overall I'm satisfied with the overall thing though, it was great practice in design :P
