if there was a secret codec to your kind of "01" language, please let me know, but incase you just supressed random numbers, the first panel said, "chek swit agree botht kanesh-touh", the second said, "hough hot tae bon sak tame bath hag shwy looth" and the third said, "CANCANCAN hoyt haj freak male meek sayd full" and the last one said, "shit yak tom"... ironically.
Very random, but i still like the comedy of this strip.

It's actually not Binary. It is meant to look as such but I just call it denary. XP
It's meant to not be read by the average eye to emphasize the distance of that charecter via language while also reffering to them in a digital manner.
