allright its actuarly a pretty nice piece of artwork ^^ im pretty sure it took you alot of time to draw this if i see all those details (but im not sure since im not you ^^)
the characters looks very cute :3 their poses are also very nice ^^.
but their hands arent really good :S
the cloths are pretty nice ^^ and also very good colored ^^
the hair in the other way isnt really that great. espacily on the lightning of it. im not gusta about that! im pretty sure you can do that better >:C
those few grass behinde them wich are not dark are uncool too!
but yeah beside that. i think this is one of your best works ^^

I don't know the characters (and the other competing artists) so I'm not sure about your chances in the contest, but it's nice. You didn't make any big mistakes, hands are good too. The clothes are great.
Maybe their hair could have been better at some parts... I can't find anything else I could complain about, you did a really good job this time.
