I dig this painting. The expression on the subject's face is a curious one and has been captured well... longing? despair? grief? these are all possibilities... the zany lines surrounding the subject suggest great torment.

Art shouldn't have to be perfect at all, its got a cool feel to it, looks sorta crappy but sorta cool at the same time, like some old school painting, ya know? I dont know what Im talking about really. Id like to have seen a better use of colors in the background.
