Made in sketchbook pro. I'm hoping to upload more this year. At the moment I am not using adobe programs due to my cheapness, so I will be primarily using sketchbook pro. (Any alternative adobe products suggestions welcome)

Now this was a nice design overall some really good work love the full character design here i think adding some extra shines and sparkles would really be a nice touch up on this one overall a really nice character design i like it so keep up the amazing and artistic work

Nice character art. As for alternatives, I wouldn't know how they compare to sketchbook, which I've never tried, but I hear good things about GIMP and Paint.NET (both free).
