Not bad at all!

I have to admit that you not only have a supposedly good drawing skills, but the balls to draw Popeye in that style. The structure is great and so is the rendering (though the shadows on his right arm on the right drawing seems off to me), but I think you could have taken a few elements from Popeye's creator Elzie Segar: A bigger chin and slimmer upper arms. In addition, it's nice to see something finished from you, and I would like for you to go back to all of those unfinished movies that you submitted and finish them up. Of course, I think that your stuff would be even better if you got the following:
-A tablet
-Books on anatomy, perspective, lighting, and animation.
-Sound Forge (so you can make your own sound effects rather than rip them from YouTube videos).
Take it from someone who's studying basic drawing skills.
