The top and center gear aren't meshing at all, they are clipping into eachother, which is probably an easy fix since it is in a 3d modeling program.
Sorry, I notice little things and that bothered me.
The lighting is pretty good for drawing the focus to the cross however.

I think you have done a nice job on the lighting, brings out the picture well. The small beam coming down from the top and then filling the rest of the picture works well.
