hahaha
I really like this method of a self portrait, especially the upper right panel--that's perfect. You've done very well on illustrating all the facial features....Although I've never fist-pumped while drawing.
Instead of doing a typical self portrait, I decided to throw this together, showing my way of doing things. What way is that you ask? Well singing badly to certain music that inspires me to do certain things. Silly hobo.
This is also my way of experimenting with facial structure and all that jazz.
I'm rather notorious for blaring music and singing with it to get me in the mood I need to draw certain stuffs. It's often music that people wouldn't think of either, like the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers theme, or "CHA-LA-HEAD-CHA-LA" the original Japanese opening for Dragon Ball Z.
When I work on comedic stuffs, I usually listen to music I find catchy, danceable, and just over all "funky-fresh." For example, Saftey Dance (80's version) or "Magic Dance" by David Bowe. Ya know, the good stuff.
So yep. That's me. B.A.M.

Lol. Thanks. When I really get into an action piece, I make gestures as if I was the one doing the action. Often, I make speed lines with one hand, leaving the other hand free to help illisrate my emotions.
haha
i'm a mix of them all:D
