Even though the title of this piece is "Melancholy", I look at this and see nothing but happiness. This very well reflects the song you quoted, as that song also blends sadness and happiness well. What I love about this piece most is how you were able to use the brush strokes to help give detail to her body (I say her based on the expression of solace on her face) and helps add a spiral design to the image as a whole. Also, excellent blend of acrylics, five stars indeed!
