Maidens of Anguish

The "maidens of anguish" serve an archdemon. The tattoos spread the demons massive hunger to all the maidens. In exchange they are given eternal youth and other fun magical powers. Also in a pinch they can summon and thereby trade places with the demon until the danger is gone.
