Great Concept and Amazing detail

First off and I know you won't like reading this bit but here goes anyway... it looks like a particular scene from bleach (an incredibly popular anime). Right got that out of the way onto the next point... Your attention to detail is amazing, Your main character looks imposing and looks ready for a fight, also it looks like a battleground where many have fallen before him. The reason why i'm writing this is because i've come onto newgrounds many times and from time to time I come across your art in which you have uploaded and I become more and more amazed at how much you've improved. I also genuinely think you should be a concept artist or something along those lines, but this is just my opinion. Well anyways enough of my rambling I'll you be now, if you reply I would appreciate it no matter what it is you say. With respect and admiration, Tsukune.

But thats the result of poor emulation.

Trying too hard to look like anime ,when anatomy and design are still an issue for you will lead to confusion like this.

Most anime characters are ambiguous, but you need to know why that is so before imitating that style.

I really like it

Its very well done, the girl is definitely the focal and the dull colors of the weapons and earth around her definitely solidify that point. But the sky really throws me off. I get the billowy, ominous look you were going for, but it takes away from the girl, detail wise. I just gives me that "thrown together" look. Like you splotched on an array of colors and smudged them a little. Now the sky is well done, but it really just doesn't give me that polished look like everything else in the picture. Nothing against it though man, this is just C&C, keep it up, looks like have been doing so, I love your work.
