okay..

First ,i honestly can't tell if this is a male or a female.

Second , there's so much negative/free space i have absolutely no idea where you were going with this (even though the title is "I Don't Know")

Third , the proportions are obviously WAY off, but it's still a lot better compared to other works ive seen on here

All in all , it's also obvious you have a lot of talent,and if you had given more thought to it and made it more creative , this could've came out A LOT better.
