Really liking the cartoon-y style of this. I especially like the textured look of the piece; it feels almost painterly. The dynamic lighting, for me, is what makes this picture shine? There's something striking about the mix of sharp shadows and soft glows. Painter man's paint can hand looks a bit wonky, though. Maybe if that bit of shading that almost runs parallel with his forearm were softer or removed entirely, it might help?
