Some peeps for a tactical RPG game I thought of. This’d be the entire playable cast, because I think nine main characters is quite enough to keep track of.

The bloke in the red jumper’s skill set is, though he doesn’t look it, blood magic. Essentially he powers up spells by both taking and dealing damage. Mainly taking, though. He’s the first playable character, and starts the adventure when he and his younger brother are kidnapped by cultists of some sort.

The badger-man’s skills are high damage-dealing and (if my gaming lingo is correct) crowd control. Essentially, he keeps enemies at bay by throwing them away. He is also kidnapped by cultists, and on the same carriage as the blood-mage. As such, he escapes at the same time and decides to help as a manner of repayment.

The pumpkin scarecrow is a mage. He specializes in fire-based magic and fear-based spells. He meets the previous two as they are about to enter a haunted forest and has something of a contractual obligation to keep them safe from the ghosts n’ ghoulies inside.

The snow-man is also a mage, but he majors in healing and minors in ice spells. He meets the crew as they reach the foot of a mountain and decides to help them because he has nothing better to do.

The lady with a drum specializes in distracting the enemy and taking hits. She can also give any good foe a good whack across the head if need be. She meets the rest as they enter a small mountain village and asks for help in finding her younger sister. The red guy feels empathetic and convinces the rest of the team to agree.

The lady in purple is the younger sister of the drummer. She’s a dancer, and her kicks are lethal. After being rescued, she and her sister agree to continue with the team for the same reason the team helped them.

The robot takes damage better than anyone else and attacks with electricity, as well as a few very powerful but also very sloe. It meets them in the ruins of a spaceship and agrees to help because it has an obligation related to the final boss of the game.

The fisher-woman demon uses fish. These fish can do many things, good or bad for the person they are aimed at. Mostly bad, though. She, like the robot, has a connection to the final boss of the game.

The kid in the blue shirt is the first guy’s younger brother. In summary, he does buffs and de-buffs of all sorts.
