This was a digital paint commision for a co-worker. Total paint time was about 7 and a half hours. I had a lot of fun with the dog on this one, the large amount of detail in his coat was a challenge, yet it made it easier. I primarily used a custom brush I modified to better simulate traditional painting, but I did throw a little custom foliage brush into the leaves to speed up the process.
