Hey man, I can agree with that. The only thing I'll say on the matter is that I often think that those projecting racism every where they look are indeed themselves the BIGGEST racist bigots out there. I have noticed that often yes your drawing is quite correct from anatomical aspects of Hebrews. They do have the big nose...but not all those with big snouts are Jewish and not all Jewish have tremendously big noses either. Just an observation, on my part this is.

This is not intended to be racist. People nowdays find everything related to other races racist. And yes, jewish people have big noses, shut up.

I don't say everyone with big noses are Jewish or that every Jewish in the world have big noses. It's just an stereotype. And that's not ment to be racist, but a lot of people would find it racist. Like if I drew an Afroamerican person with big lips or stuff like that, there's nothing wrong with it. At least, not in my country.
