Scyther + Cubone = Scybone

This is the first time I enter in one of Jazza's monthly challenges. I couldn't resist and had to do a mashup of two of my favorite Pokémon, being Scyther and Cubone. I wanted to do a sort of character sheet for this guy, I don't know I was just heavily inspired.
