I like the style here, it looks slick and solid. Your use of lighting and shadow works well, and the character has a cute style about him. Some of the shading in the ground seems a little rushed and unbalanced, its barely noticable, but it looks like you shaded the ground with the cloud filter in photoshop, which could potentially come across as lazy. I'd think shading it more like how you did the tree in the background would work well. All over, a great pic, thanks for sharing :)

I like him as the new character on Regular Show!
Both the voice actor and his characteristics!
So I really wanted to draw him, and it turned out great!

I had no intention on shading the grass.
I didnt actually mean to put the cloud filter with the grass.
I just found it out accidentally when I added multiply on the grass.
And decided to leave it there. xD
