The coloring is good, no shadow out of place. The perspective is well done and looks natural. The only problems for me are the flat-looking bra/top (it looks like it wasn't folded or wrinkled, despite being pulled down a bit), and her expression on her face (it looks like she's drugged with that drop-jaw look, and with the cock-eyes).
Past that, it's a fine piece of work, and worthy of being fav'd.
