I don't wanna sound like some uber-critic asshole... but I guess its getting so good scores because of the melody only, which is truly wonderful. But I have to say the instruments are very basic and kinda noobish - well I know you're new but don't expect to get good scores with default instruments later on, there is too much basic fl shit out there already. At least you could have tweaked them a bit.
So, salutations to the melody, but get some extra sounds, especially the drumkit needs improving.

Catchy but:

I think that this song could use some variety an fluidity, it is basically the same two loops played over and over again in different filters. The catchyness of the tune could have been expanded on through greater depth in sound and harmony.

Good idea, let down by lack of mixing knowledge

It isn't actually Techno, it's dance, anyway... you have a good idea going, good bright melody. Makes a nice change from all the dark stuff I listen too. Those stytrus pre-sets are over used and having the same synth over and over gets a little boring. Vary it more...
The mixing leaves a lot to be desired... you REALLY need some effects there, but the drums are the biggest problem here... very dry and VERY harsh on the ears.

4/10 - The mixing and the lack of variation lets a good idea down.
