And as far as the animation goes I thought it was good although I feel the music from the 'battle' onwards lost the earlier atmosphere the animation had and brought it down slightly, otherwise would give full marks.

Moving!
This movie was very very well done, and brought out some serious emotions. However i thought "Carmina Burana" was a little much for the battle.

The artwork was amazing and the emotion was so intense and dramatic.
Sad
The animation was stunning for its age. It successfully managed to be emotional and this is capable of making people cry. The fact that it is a dialogue-free film about animals (mainly birds) makes it hard to be a gripping watch (although of course it would wreck the film if it had dialogue in)
