A Good Intro, with a lot of potential

This series could turn out to be very good. There were a few good effects in that first battle. I have a few ideas for you though.

- Try to randomize the damage a bit; games tend to become too predictable without a little randomness.
- Use a variety of soundtracks. Maybe here you could use some compression, streaming, or whatnot. For flash, quantity in soundtracks is usually valued over quality. I recommend taking a look at Absolem in this respect.
- More spells, attacks and effects. :)

The plotline was easy to understand, though a little background info (in the form of a few cutscenes) would do wonders too. Hope you make more soon.

that was a pretty basic demo but i think the game would be sweet. sounds like you got a good idea of what you're gonna do with it. good luck!!

Anxious to see more

So far, I like the battle system and your choice of music. But one thing, why does every RPG protagonist have to be 17/18 or some age like that? It's not that bad, but it's been done so much that the concept has lost its novelty. Otherwise, it's a good effort and it looks like it could be a great game.
