Great Work! One of my absolutely favs.

Tristex responds:

Thanks man!

Great. But short. Wanna more

Tristex responds:

There will be more! Stay tuned for a new orchestral and a new electro - piece! :) Nice that you like it :D

Wow... this song is quite amazing :O

Definitely epic, indubitably orchestral, and most of all, 100% sure it's music. My biggest issue is that it just sounds like a backing track for a cutscenes in Skyrim or something. There is a distinct lack in percussion, and there really isn't a major "drop", or a part of the song that changes. This song lacks a beat and rhythm, but everything else is magnifique, hence landing it's 3.5 star rating. (I would give this 3.999 if I could. Also, sorry if I sounded rude, I apologise).

Tristex responds:

Dear GameTheory, this song was made for a game, that will never be published, sadly. Thing is, I am currently working on an improvement of the track, and I wanted to upload the file into this Audio here. Problem: Now, with all those reviews saing that its boring and stuff, I couldnt.
And btw it says that its a cinematic song and not an orchestral dubstep, so it doesnt need a drop I guess...
Thanks for reviewing,
~T

It has decent sound and nice melody but it builds up in a very boring fashion, it needs some percussion and orchestral bass elements, and the bell/pling sound is too loud. It needs A LOT more dynamic range to build up anticipation before the tense parts, you need to work more on velocities and volume and well placed bass/percussion. This sort of music is about utilizing a high dynamic range, powerful arrangement of instruments to create an epic feeling that something is about to go down and when the listener is about to blow from anticipation you unleash the full might of it.

I dont mean to put you down its not a bad song, but it is a very hard and demanding genre I¨m just hoping to set you in a good direction for you to improve.

Thanks for your helpful review! A few of those tips you give were also known for me, I am currently working on an improvement on this track. Even though, that i think its quite hard of you to just give 2.5 stars. Cmon. It isnt that bad!
