I enjoyed the game, it is well made and simplistic and easy to play. It was fun.
So I've been playing this for a bit now, definitely inefficiently insofar as these types of games go, but somewhat consistently if nothing else. I think you've got a fantastic base game here. From reading your description it sounds like you're working toward a full version, which is pretty much what all my criticisms were going to be about - that this version seems a little bare bones (pun intended). I played until I had all the Trophies and the Global 9999% bonus and was just absolutely wrecking everything at least up until about Stage 275 and player level 22,500 or so, which was when I stopped playing. So there's definitely enough of a foundation here to make for a great full game, certainly enough that it kept me playing until I felt like I had "seen it all" so to speak. If you were to do a bit more with the story/lore, add some more core features, and make the incremental stuff feel a bit more meaningful and fleshed out I think you'd have a real gem of a game. However, rating this Game Jam Edition for what it is, not against the unreleased Full Game, I definitely feel like it deserves five stars especially considering the Game Jam time constraints.
