A pretty nice surprise for this MD I'd say, animation quality is top-notch except for a few dips in spots. It's safe to say we need more experimental shit like this in modern madness rather than just re-hashing 20-year old concepts again and again.

Haven't laughed at a Madness animation this hard before. The smooth animation and good feel of weight to things makes characters look like balloons full of gravy. The environment art at the beginning was quite excellent, but sprites like the ice cream truck were less impressive.
Sure, it's not rapid action, but it's not supposed to be, and the slow pace helped the comedy.
