A unique take on an arcade space shooteresque game. simple controls, simple enemies, and a frustrating game mechanic but manageable game mechanic. I would suggest that if you were to continue this work that you should add more health for the player, add more enemy variants, make the arena bigger but not too big that it won't fit the screens of those with smaller screens, and make the reds x's last a bit longer because most of the time I don't even have a chance to shoot it because 1.it shows up randomly and 2. My weapon is recharging. There is also times that enemies would just randomly spawn on top of me which is always annoying.

Not bad, but I think the 'malfunctioning arsenal' gimmick rides too close to the line between 'annoying' and 'it’s a feature!'
